Payment Policy

Art-Antika accepts payment for purchases via PayPal, Credit cards or by cash on delivery.

Buyer/User represents and warrants that (i) the Credit Card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer/User will be honoured by Buyer/User’s Credit Card Company and (iii) Buyer/User shall pay charges incurred by the Buyer/User at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. Buyer/User shall be responsible for all charges incurred through the use of Buyer/User’s password. Buyer/User agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify Art-Antika within 24 hours of any breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of the password. Art-Antika does not protect Member/User from unauthorized use of Member’s/User’s password.

Refund/Return Policy

We currently do not offer return/refund on purchases made.

Shipping Policy

Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Shipping time frame is dependent on when the last item was processed. Item delivery can take several weeks; approximately 2-5 weeks. If you have not received your order by the time period, please contact us.

We are honest and transparent about the shipping time with our customers so there is no misconception or false advertisement.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have 48 hours to cancel your order. Once the 48 hours have passed or order has been processed and/or shipped, you cannot request an order cancellation.
